This bleeding pump is used to efficiently fill and bleed the aircraft’s brake system circuit.

Operation is simple, simply connect the outlet of the pump to the brake bleed valve and connect the overflow from the aircraft tank to the pump.

Once the passages are open, simply feed the pump and check for air bubbles coming out of the pump return. In no time the circuit will be completely bled.

Please note that due to the higher pressure, it is necessary to use fittings with a safety cap.

Currently the pump is for mineral brake fluids only

The main feature is that the gear pump is driven by a three-phase brushless motor and allows much higher pressures, up to 15 bar and higher fluid flow. A potentiometer allows operation up to the maximum pressure and the internal circuit is made so as not to damage the pump’s seals, even in the event of hydraulic blockage.

The supplied pressure gauge facilitates operation, and the brake fluid tank has a visible level, to avoid pumping air into the system.
