Fleet of machines

Marc-Ingegno’s manufacturing excellence is based on a state-of-the-art fleet of machines  designed to ensure precision, versatility and reliability.

With 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers, motorized lathes, and dedicated cutting and assembly equipment, the company is able to tackle complex and customized machining, efficiently meeting the demands of the aviation and advanced mechanical industries.

Internal processing

Marc-Ingegno carries out milling, turning, cutting and assembly internally, ensuring full process control and traceability according to PART-21 POA aeronautical standards.

CNC milling cutters

The CNC milling department includes 4 high-precision DMG Mori centers, operating on 3 and 5 axes with 0.001 mm tolerance. It ensures versatility and quality for complex components, with a weekly capacity of 160 hours.

CNC lathe tool department

The department has BIGLIA and Gildemeister CNC lathes with C-axis, motorized turret, tailstock and lunettes, with bar passages up to Ø100 mm. Productivity reaches up to 120 hours per week.

Cutting and assembly

The machine park is completed by two band saws (manual and automatic) and an assembly department for integrated groups, with functional tests on request. The assembly department guarantees up to 40 hours of work per week.
