New concept master brake cylinder that summarizes 20 years of experience in the sector.
The main body is aluminium 6082 T6 forged, the cylinder is rolled and anodized for smooth and uniform sliding.
An important innovation is the presence of the spring inserted inside the body and not on the outside which guarantees cleanliness and prolongs the life of the pump itself.
The Ø 16mm pumping element allows to move a quantity of oil suitable for the operation of the STS brake, especially if of the one-rotor type, and is optimal even if only one pump for 2 brakes is installed.
It is produced in two stem lengths, with centre distances 185.5mm and 140mm to adapt to various assembly conditions, but with the same stroke size, therefore with the same oil flow.
Available with 1/8 Gas conical threaded connections for fittings derived from pneumatics or 1/8 NPT suitable for American fittings. Different models with seals suitable for MIL-H-5606 oil or DOT4 or DOT5 fluid.
The pump can be connected to an external tank, to be chosen according to the installation, but it is also perfect with STS closed circuit installations.
Universal mounting – can be installed both horizontally and vertically positions. In the case of an open hydraulic system, it requires an external reservoir, in the case of a closed hydraulic system, it needs a bleeding valve.
