Complete set of pipes for the engine cooling system, useful for all engines equipped with water and / or oil cooler.

CSST (Corrugated Stainless Steel Tube) pipe system in AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel compliant with EN 10028-7; with maximum continuous operating temperature -40 ° C ÷ 150 ° C and which withstand short-term temperatures up to 175 ° C, nominal pressure PN: 15 bar, the thermal conductivity at 40 ° C is equal to 0.038 W / m K and the fire reaction class is EN 13501-1: E DIN 4102: B2

These tubes are very light and bend easily, maintaining over time the position that is given, have no problem to take sharp bends without limiting the passage of cooling liquids: this allows to contain the overall dimensions in the engine compartment ensuring maximum effectiveness, safety and cleaning of the installation.

Moreover, being suitable for high temperatures, they do not deteriorate even though they are positioned next to the engine, they do not age and resist vibration very well.

The fins on the corrugated tube, greatly increasing the surface, help to disperse heat making the whole system even more efficient.

The set of fittings supplied with the oil system are produced by us in Aluminum 6082 and Stainless Steel 303, already prepared to be welded to the radiator or on the connections already existing on the engine (for example on the Rotax engines there are fittings for lubricating oil of type “Banjo”: our fitting is directly and easily soldered on the same)

The stainless steel tubes are connected to the respective fittings by means of a cap and a tailored ring, the seals are guaranteed by OR in Viton resistant to high temperatures: the junction made in this way ensures that the pipes are not rigidly connected to the fittings, allowing to absorb completely vibrations, with the advantage of ensuring long life to the system and to the engine itself.

Compared to a traditional system, weight is among the main advantages: one saves about 1000/1500 gr. considering a classic installation with rubber pipes on Rotax engine.

Given the completeness and ease of installation, the set was created by addressing both professional and amateur builders.
