Fixed Caliper single piston Ø 44 mm. The body is monolithic has a magnesium body vacuum quenched (the same materials used to satellites) and receive anti-corrosion and anti-wear treatment. The seat for piston is rolled to obtain an increased surface hardness and a super-finishing that grants longer use without maintenance.

Absolutely lighter and 10 times rigid than the equivalent in aluminium; That condition permits that all the pressure goes on the pads making the braking precise and with maximum efficiency.

The project is optimized at maximum, the screws have three function: hold the cap, hold the pads and stiffen more the caliper. The body in one piece permit to works with pressure until 100 bars.

Easier maintenance for the pads that are equals between them and nut and bolts in inox steel.

The caliper body has not holes because is sold in universal version: normally the customer drill the caliper according to their needs. On request, we can provide to customize the product.
